BY PURCHASING PRODUCT(S) FROM QUICK LIFT USA INC. YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SHIPPING

Quick Lift USA ships only within the United States. The following shipping details apply to customers located within the continental U.S. We can ship to both commercial and residential addresses, though conditions apply. Most standard ground orders ship within 24-48 hours after completing checkout, while freight items may take longer to process based on location and order size.

Where We Ship From:

All products ship from our facility in Gilbert, Arizona.

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders under $149.95 (non-freight items): $39.99 Standard Ground shipping

  • Orders $149.95 and over (non-freight items): Free Ground Shipping unless otherwise noted.

  • Freight items: Most lifts, equipment, and larger items will have freight costs calculated at checkout, typically $249.99, $349.99 or $449.99). Additional charges may apply for limited access/high-cost areas, and shipping rates may increase for orders outside the Southwest/West Coast. We will contact you with any additional charges before shipping.

FREE Local Delivery:
We offer free local delivery within 25 miles of Gilbert, AZ. Deliveries beyond this range will incur a fee based on distance, with a $99 delivery fee for locations within the East/West Valley outside of the 25-mile radius. For deliveries outside Arizona, please contact us for a quote. Please note that the FREE Local Delivery offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.​

Lift Gate Service (Items 100lbs+):

Lift gate service is available for an additional fee of $50-$75, depending on the item. We will contact you with the fee before shipping. Lift gate service is not available for items such as Scissor Lifts, 2-Post, and 4-Post lifts (please contact us with any questions).

Orders Over $500:

Orders exceeding $500 may require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.

Delivery Timeframe:

Most standard ground orders are delivered within 1-5 days via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. For items that ship via freight, see the LTL Freight Shipment section below.

LTL Freight Shipments (All Vehicle Lifts/Equipment/Large Items):

Due to the size and weight of automotive lifts and large equipment, Quick Lift USA cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for freight shipments, unless a dedicated appointment time/day was "purchased" from the freight company as part of the shipment. Most LTL freight items take 7-14 days from the order date to the delivery date. Once shipped, you will receive a BOL number and tracking information. We work with multiple shipping and freight carriers to ensure your products reach you safely. Customers are responsible for unloading products from the truck or trailer. The truck driver is not responsible for unloading. Due to the size and weight of lifts, a forklift, skid loader, or similar equipment is required.

Terminal Pick-Up:

Terminal pick-up is available for customers who prefer to collect their items or do not have the means to unload the semi at their residence.  This option often simplifies delivery, allowing you to bring your truck and trailer to the nearest terminal, where staff can assist with loading.

Ownership and Freight Responsibility:

While Quick Lift USA pays the freight/delivery company on your behalf, ownership of the freight transfers to you once it leaves our shipping facility. If any shipping damage occurs during transport, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the freight/delivery carrier directly. We strive to help in any way we can to ensure your product arrives damage-free!

Potential Additional Fees:

  • Storage Fees: If you do not pick up your item from the terminal or accept delivery within the allotted window, the carrier may charge storage fees, typically around $50 per day with a $150 minimum.

  • Detention Fees: If you are not prepared to unload your item(s) within 30 minutes of arrival, the carrier may assess additional fees, usually $50-$80 for 20-40 minutes over the allotted time.

  • Re-consignment Fees: If you request to change the delivery address or switch to terminal pick-up after your order has shipped, the carrier may charge additional fees, typically $100-$150.

Additional fees may apply for other delays or changes caused by the recipient.

Lift Installation / Services:

Quick Lift USA highly recommends that a professional installer completes the installation of all lifts. We offer installation services throughout Arizona with our dedicated install partner. If you are outside Arizona, we can refer you to a local third-party installer. Installation costs vary depending on the lift type and service needs, ranging from $650-$1250 for 2-post lifts and $750-$1450 for 4-post lifts. While we provide these referrals as a courtesy, we disclaim any responsibility for the actions of third-party installers. Any damages or injuries resulting from incorrect installation or handling by the installer or customer are the customer’s responsibility, and Quick Lift USA Inc. assumes no responcibility or liability (Pertaining to installation in any manner: Arizona, USA, customer installation, 3rd party installer or our install partner)

We also offer a range of equipment services, including maintenance, cable swaps, cylinder rebuilds, leak repairs, and air compressor service/troubleshooting, typically completed on Wednesdays. Call us to schedule service for your lift or air compressor.

Important Installation / Delivery Reminder:
If you are scheduled for an installation or delivery, please ensure that the area is ready and clear. It’s important that you’ve already decided on the exact location for installation, and that all paths leading to this area are clear. The install team operates on a set schedule, and any delays could require rescheduling for another time. Your preparation helps us complete the job efficiently and avoid any unnecessary disruptions. This applies to both lift installations and air compressor drop-offs.

Returns & Refunds:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original factory packaging to qualify. If an item is defective, has a manufacturer issue, or we sent the wrong item, Quick Lift USA will cover the return shipping costs. For any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please inspect all LTL/truck shipments before signing for them. Contact us in advance if you plan to return a product.

All refunds/cancellations are subject to a 3% fee deducted from the refund for payment processing and restocking. Refunds for returned items will have the initial shipping costs deducted unless due to a Quick Lift USA error. We reserve the right to pro-rate refunds if packaging is damaged, making the product unsellable as new, or if parts or hardware are missing or damaged. Refunds are processed 5-8 business days after the item is returned and inspected.

Installed Items:

Once an item has been installed or removed from its packaging, it cannot be returned. Some products may offer warranties on defects. Please contact us for warranty information on specific products.

Cancelled Orders:

Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for all delivery and return fees, including the initial freight costs to you, return freight costs, and a 3% processing fee.

​

Defective Products:

We ask that you test your product(s) within 10 days of delivery so we can quickly address any problems or concerns. If you believe your product is defective, please call us to find a solution. Sometimes, outer packaging may appear damaged, but the product inside is fine. If you suspect concealed damage, note “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. If you later discover damage, this notation simplifies the freight claim process. We take photos of the product before it leaves our facility, so please take photos if your packaging arrives damaged.

Warranties:

Automotive lifts and air compressors/equipment from Quick Lift USA carry manufacturer warranties on defects beyond the 30-day return window. Lifts come with a 2-year warranty, while air compressors have a 2-year warranty for single-phase units and 3 years for three-phase units. Contact us with any warranty questions.
