Where are you located?We are conveniently located in the heart of Gilbert, Arizona, in our spacious 6,500 sq. ft. warehouse/showroom. Our doors are open to the public Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and we are also available on weekends by appointment. Do you really offer FREE delivery?Yes, we offer free delivery within 25 miles of Gilbert, AZ. For locations beyond this range, additional delivery fees will apply. To arrange your delivery, please contact us. We typically schedule deliveries for the next day, ensuring prompt and efficient service.

Do you offer lift installations and what is the cost?Absolutely! Contact us today to schedule your installation with our expert Arizona-based installers. If you're outside Arizona, we can also connect you with a trusted local installer in your area. Installation prices may vary depending on location and lift type. Typically, installation costs range from $750 to $1,250 for 2-post lifts and $750 to $1,450 for 4-post lifts.

How will my lift be delivered?All lifts ship via LTL freight, which means your lift will arrive on a 40-foot semi-truck or flatbed trailer at the delivery address you provide. Please be aware that due to the size of the lifts, a forklift or skid loader is required for unloading. Residential deliveries are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the lift ordered and the available means for unloading.

Can I use a lift gate delivery?Regrettably, lift gates cannot be used for our lifts due to their size. However, air compressors and other large equipment (except lifts) can be unloaded using a lift gate.

Can I unload the lift piece by piece to get it off of the delivery truck/trailer?Unfortunately, unloading products piece by piece from the trailer is not permitted. This is both a time and liability concern. Freight companies require that you use the proper equipment for unloading to prevent delays and minimize the risk of injury. If you are not prepared to unload the shipment with the appropriate equipment, you may incur additional fees for delays or have your shipment returned to the terminal for future delivery.

How do I unload my products off the delivery truck?Customers are responsible for unloading all products upon delivery, as drivers typically do not assist. Lifts will require a forklift, tractor, or skid loader for unloading due to their size and weight. If you have access to suitable equipment for lifting, you’ll be all set. Please note that unloading must be done from the back of an enclosed 40′ semi-truck. For air compressors and other large equipment (excluding lifts), a lift gate can be used for unloading. If you don’t have the necessary equipment for unloading, no problem! We can arrange for your lift to be delivered to a nearby shipping terminal, where the freight company can load it onto your truck or trailer.

Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?Product that has shipped cannot be cancelled for any reason. If you refuse to accept delivery of an order which has already been shipped, you will be responsible for any and all delivery return fees. This includes the initial freight/shipping costs to you; the return freight costs to Quick Lift USA and any fees charged by the carrier. 3.2% will also be deducted from the refund total for the processing fees on the return.

How will I know when my product will arrive so I can prepare to unload it?Once your order is placed, we will provide an estimated pickup date and transit time. Most orders are shipped the next day. After the freight company picks up your shipment, we will send you tracking information to monitor its progress. Additionally, we can arrange a "Notify before delivery" option or schedule a dedicated delivery appointment, for an extra fee. If you're picking up from the shipping terminal, they will notify you when your product is ready.

What if my product shows up damaged?It is your responsibility to inspect your product before signing to accept delivery. We inspect all shipments before they leave our warehouse to verify the product is in perfect condition. Accidents during shipping do occur occasionally, at no fault of ours or yours. If you accept product and find damage after delivery, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company directly. If you have some minor scratches or minor damage, contact us immediately and we will send you replacement parts and/or touch-up paint. You must contact us within 72 hours after delivery to notify us of any concerns.

What is the Warranty on your products?All lifts sold by Quick Lift USA Inc. are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty (excluding wear parts such as seals, hoses, and cables). Single-Phase Air Compressors, Air Dryers, and similar products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty, while Three-Phase Air Compressors and Air Dryers are backed by a 3-year manufacturer warranty. What is your return/refund policy?Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused and in their original factory packaging. If the item is defective, has a clear manufacturer issue, or if we sent the wrong item, Quick Lift USA will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please inspect all LTL/truck shipments before accepting delivery or signing any documents. Contact us before returning a product to ensure its safe return to our warehouse. All refunds and cancellations are subject to a 6% fee, which will be deducted from the refund due to payment processing costs. Refunds will also have the initial shipping costs deducted unless the return is due to an error by Quick Lift USA. Refunds may be prorated if the packaging is damaged, the product is no longer in new condition, or if parts or hardware are missing or damaged. This includes signs of installation, damaged packaging, or other damage. Return refunds will be processed 5-8 business days after we receive and inspect the returned package. Installed Items: Items that have been installed or removed from their original packaging or crating cannot be returned. Some products come with warranties for defects—please contact us if this applies to your situation.

What if there is a clear manufactured defect after my lift is installed?We encourage you to test your product(s) within 10 days of delivery so that we can promptly address any issues or concerns. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us right away for assistance in finding a solution. Sometimes, the outer packaging (whether steel or wood) may appear damaged while the product inside remains intact. If you suspect hidden damage, be sure to note “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is still present. This will help facilitate a freight claim if you later find that the product is damaged. Please remember, we take photos of all products before they leave our facility. If you receive damaged packaging, take photos immediately.

Are the Air Compressors ready to use?The Air Compressors go through a comprehensive 3 hour break in at the manufacturer. They come ready to use! The first service interval is at 500 hours!

My Air Compressor is BEEPING at me, what do I do?Most of the time, beeping and alarms on your air compressor indicate that service intervals have been reached. The first service is due at 500 hours, followed by another at 2000 hours. We stock all the necessary parts and fluids for these services and offer service directly in Arizona. Contact us to either have a service kit shipped to you or to schedule local service, typically available every Wednesday.
